Règles

Console: Crossplay

Game: Fortnite

Mode: Duos mode (Both players join the same party and race against each other for the most amount of eliminations after 2 games)

Format: Double Elimination, BO2 Elimination Race except finals BO3

Revive: Reviving your opponent is not allowed under any circumstances. If your opponent gets knocked down, he will not be able to play further.(unless a self-revive is introduced into the game)

Extra round: If you both have the same score, you will play an additional 1 game, if the score is still the same, damage will be counted.

IMPORTANT: If you are in the second game and your opponent dies, and you have more kills, end the game as soon as possible! Do not ride it out! Riding it out could be considered stalling and could lead to a DISQUALIFICATION.

Don't forget to check in on 19/11 between 18:00 and 19:00! This way we know you are ready to play. Players who are not checked-in, will not be able to participate in the tournament.

GAME

1v1 Solo-Duos: Players enter the tournament as an individual competitor. Both players enter into the same Duos Mode (2 person team) game. Even though they are on the same team, they compete to see who can compile the most enemy eliminations across two full games.

GENERAL RULES

Discord:
Be present on the Discord to contact admins/opponents.

Scores:
In every round, players play 2 games. At the end of the 2 games they add the eliminations of both games together and submit the score on the website. The player with the most eliminations moves on to the next round, the other player drops down to the losers bracket.

Game 2 - player A: 8 eliminations, player B: 7 eliminations

Score submission: player A: 12 eliminations, player B: 15 eliminations

Admin:
Admins have the final say and those discussions are not up for debate. Make sure to use the code of your match (in the bracket) in all communication.

Screenshots:
If there is a dispute over the score, only a screenshot with a timestamp will be accepted as valid proof.

Disconnect:
If a player disconnects during a game and is not able to return, he will lose by forfeit. No exceptions. If the opponent disconnects, don't leave the game until you have confirmation from an admin that you are the winner. Take a screenshot.

Cheating:
As per normal competitive ruling, use of external programs to improve one’s gameplay, such as (but not limited to) bots, aim locks etc. is prohibited and will result in a 2 year RIV4L-ban.
